DESCRIPTION

Formulated for safety and sustainability, Ultraclean is a low-toxicity, biodegradable cleaning solution, designed to remove heavy-duty contaminants like grease, fuel oil, lube oil, soot, and combustion residues from filters, machinery parts, and more, but also suitable for ultrasonic baths and various other cleaning applications. It’s free from phosphates and hydrocarbon solvents.

APPLICATION

Ultraclean is a highly potent cleaning solution, designed to tackle a variety of cleaning challenges. It can be used to clean engine rooms, engines, Ro-Ro and ferry car decks, refrigeration spaces, fishing vessel holds, cargo holds, tanks, and the exteriors of ships, yachts, and pressure boats. For enhanced cleaning of vertical surfaces, add Foam Booster to extend contact time and improve cleaning performance.

USE AND DOSING

Ultraclean may be used for different types of cleaning and in a number of ways.

Ultrasonic Cleaning: Dosage: 2-4% Ultraclean solution in fresh water. Temperature: 30-80^oC (adjust based on deposit type and severity).

Soaking Bath: Dosage: 5-10% Ultraclean solution in fresh water. Contact Time: 15 minutes to 6 hours (adjust based on deposit severity).

General Cleaning: Clean soiled surfaces by applying a 5-20% Ultraclean solution in warm water using brushes, rags, or a spray bottle. Leave the solution for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. The dilution ratio can be adjusted to achieve desired cleaning results. Regularly inspect cleaning results to optimize process. For heavy soiling, undiluted Ultraclean can be used, but ensure safety precautions are followed.
