DESCRIPTION

Aquaforce is a potent, alkaline, general-purpose water-based cleaner formulated to dissolve grease and grime efficiently. Designed for high-pressure cleaning machines, it’s suitable for hot or cold water applications.

APPLICATION

Aquaforce is a versatile cleaning solution with a wide range of applications. It can be used in various areas of a ship, including engine rooms, decks, bulkheads, and accommodation spaces.

On Deck: Aquaforce effectively removes soot stains, cleans bulkheads, tank tops, decks, tools, and exhaust housing surfaces. It’s also useful for deodorizing tanks and pre-cleaning surfaces before painting.

In Hotel Areas: Aquaforce can be used to clean crew quarters, showers, toilets, sinks, floors, bulkheads, decktops, and portholes.

In Galley Areas: Aquaforce is ideal for cleaning mess areas, tabletops, floors, grills, ovens, bulkheads, countertops, refrigeration rooms, ventilator fan blades, and louvers.

USE AND DOSING

For light cleaning, a 5% solution of Aquaforce in water is sufficient, while more heavily contaminated areas may require a 20% solution. Allow the solution to sit on the surface for 1 to 15 minutes before rinsing with a water jet. Using warm water (20-60^oC) for dilution and rinsing enhances the cleaning process.

To tackle severe contamination, apply undiluted Aquaforce directly to the surface and let it sit for a few minutes. Before the solution dries, thoroughly rinse the surface with a powerful water jet while scrubbing with a brush..

PRODUCT PROPERTIES

The concentrated product may react with aluminium, zinc, tin and their alloys. Rubber/synthetic rubber may swell. It is highly recommended to always test all cleaner solutions on a small area of the object to be cleaned, before full scale application.
